ERIN GAGNE FNP-C, ABAAHP
Erin Gagne, FNP, is a dedicated nurse practitioner with an extensive and unique background. She sees patients at Revive Wellness, a health care practice specializing in hormone replacement therapy and functional medicine, located in Bluffton, South Carolina.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Rhode Island in 2008 she moved to South Carolina. She worked for eight years as a nurse in the cardiothoracic ICU at the Medical University of South Carolina prior to pursuing her degree as a family nurse practitioner, graduating in 2016.
It was through her own personal battle with two auto immunities that she found her love and passion for functional medicine, specifically pertaining to gut health and hormone replacement therapy. Erin believes that a blend of the two is the recipe for true anti-aging medicine.
In 2019, she completed a fellowship in anti-aging and functional medicine through the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine and became board certified through the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners(ABAAHP). Erin is also a diplomate of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Additionally, Erin earned her certification from Charles Runels, MD, Medical Director of the Cellular Medicine Association to perform the O-shot and P-shot injections for sexual rejuvenation.
Erin’s goal now is to use a blend of her own personal experience as well as years of research and education to help empower others to heal their own bodies. She has helped hundreds of men and women balance their hormones, heal their guts, and step back into their power. Her mission is to help each patient feel their best inside and out. She loves being able to see the physical transformation in her clients when they are truly feeling their best.
